Hideji Beer was established in 1996.
We are a microbrewery located in Miyazaki Prefecture on the eastern side of Kyushu Island that is blessed with an abundance of beautiful nature.
The unique characteristics of our beers come from fusing local specialty products with a high level of brewing techniques and hygiene management. Our unique line up of craft beers have been received well at both domestic and international beer competitions.
Our Policy
We aim to produce beer that has a unique characteristic that you can drink one after another and it still tastes good. A beer that your body longs for.
We brew craft beers that reflect the character of our local area while making the best of local produce. The local community helps us to create unique beers enabling us to maximize our flexible creativity and pursuit for a high-quality product with our eyes on the world.
