
A brewery for a traditional Japanese seasoning which uses pristine water from the Kirishima mountain range with a history of over 150 years
Established in 1871, Yamae Foods Products has used the same preparation and fermentation techniques handed down for 150 years to produce miso and soy sauce in the same location in Miyakonojo City. Yamae Foods Products currently produce dipping sauces, ponzu (citrus soy sauce) and salad dressings among other products. They produce products for the commercial market and develop made- to-order products as well.

Our Policy
We endeavor to support a healthy diet by delivering safe products to our customers. We carry on the spirit of our founder Iwakichi Enatsu who believed that it is important to contribute to society even if it is in a non-direct way and work twice as hard and everyone else.
