Hideji Beer was established in 1996.
We are a microbrewery located in Miyazaki Prefecture on the eastern side of Kyushu Island that is blessed with an abundance of beautiful nature.
Ohyama foods started making fermented products in 1930 in Aya Town which is located in the central area of Miyazaki Prefecture. Aya Town is home to the largest evergreen forest zone in Japan and it is certified as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Established in 1871, Yamae food Products has used the same preparation and fermentation techniques handed down for 150 years to produce miso and soy sauce in the same location in Miyakonojo City.
The forefront of Mizunaga Suisan is located in the fishing town of Kadogawa Town in Hyuga City, Miyazaki Prefecture. During the middle of the Edo period of Japan, Mizunaga Suisan was a fishery and a shipping agency.
Michimoto Foods was established in 1937 and started producing Tsukemono (Japanese pickles) in 1966. For over 50 years, Michimoto foods has continued to produce Hinatazuke, a Takuan (Japanese radish pickle) that is dried in natural sunlight.
